Abstract

Mexico presents a crisis in the education sector, due to the little investment, planning and organization that is carried out in it, generating other problems that disturb the tranquility of the nation, such as: crime, drug trafficking and violence, for this reason, this investigation is a solution proposal that proposes to address this problem from the root and arises from the critical analysis of the experience shared by teachers and students from different educational institutions. In addition, it shows the evidence of the importance of investing in education to avoid expenses in prisons, since, according to its results, an important relationship was identified between the number of people deprived of their liberty and the level of studies they follow have. Finally, it is concluded that education is the secret key to development and a way of predicting and preventing crime and its manifestations.
