The Intercultural Approach to University Teacher

Abstract
In the present investigation is to shape a solution that will have better educational classrooms based on the knowledge and recognition of the diversity of cultures giving pattern to the feedback that will enhance the growth of each individual contributing to the adoption of these cultures as our own, givingthe value of each through respect and provide adequate knowledge about the approach, thus achieving inter-culturality filterin educational institutions. That is why the following researchgives way to search for an alternative response to suchimprovement is to conduct a training program of the intercultural approach to university-level teachers to be the link from inception to live active inter-culturality education in our classrooms.
